Hi all

Hi, nice to meet you all, I'm new here (hence the post on the new members thread!) I've been struggling with depression and some anxiety for quite a while now. This year has been an awful year for me personally, even if you don't include everything that has happened with this pandemic. So I'm at all-time low and am really struggling. I'm hoping maybe speaking to some of you here will help. Thanks
 
Thanks everyone 🙂 had actually been having a slightly better day today until k saw something on Facebook that really upset me & reminded me of all I've lost this year. Life is just really hard atm
