Hawaiian Lust
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup bananas
2 tablespoons coconut
1/2 cup ice
Pour pineapple juice into blender. Add frozen yogurt, strawberries,
bananas, coconut and ice. Blend on low speed 30 seconds, then switch to
high speed and blend until thick and smooth. Turn blender off, remove
lid and tap on side of blender while pouring. For the proper thickness,
smoothie should form a mound in the cup.
