Hawaiian Chicken

For an extra-yummy treat, add a thin slice of grilled ham and top with provolone cheese before baking.
3 c. pineapple chunks, undrained
1 c. soy sauce
1 t. ground ginger
1/4 t. garlic, chopped
4 lbs. split chicken breasts
Mix all ingredients except chicken together. Add chicken; marinate for 4 hours in the refrigerator. Grill chicken until browned; arrange in an ungreased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for one hour. Serves 4.
