Ham & Cheese Roll-Ups

A crispy variation on this finger-food favorite.

1 lb. cooked ham, thinly sliced

1 lb. Swiss cheese, thinly sliced

1/2 c. butter, melted

1 c. bread crumbs

1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Roll up one ham slice and one cheese slice together; secure with a toothpick. Dip in butter, bread crumbs and then Parmesan cheese. Arrange on an ungreased baking sheet; repeat with remaining ham and cheese slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Makes about 24.
