Greek Salad With Fish
Lettuce leaves
1 cucumber
3 tomatoes
1 large onion
7 ounces feta cheese
7 ounces sour cream
Salt to taste
1 pound salmon fillets
Lemon juice to taste
Olive oil
Place fish on a sheet of foil, season to taste with salt, drizzle with lemon
juice. Lightly drizzle with olive oil. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for
about half an hour. Cut up lettuce, cucumber, onion and tomatoes and place
into a large bowl. Add crumbled feta. Slice fish and add to the salad. Mix
in sour cream. Season to taste with salt.
