Grasshopper Pie
1 package chocolate wafer cookies
1 (13 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
1/4 cup milk
4 drops peppermint extract
6 to 7 drops green food coloring
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Line pan with chocolate wafers. In bowl, combine marshmallow cream, milk, peppermint extract and food coloring. Whip until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream. Pour over cookies. Freeze for 8 hours, or until firm.
