GRAPE GELATIN DESSERT
1 1/2 c. Welches grape juice
2/3 c. sugar
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 pt. heavy cream
5 oz. plain yogurt
Warm grape juice and dissolve sugar in it. Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup
water, then add to grape juice. Cool. Whip heavy cream until stiff and mix
in yogurt. Add 7/8 cup of grape juice mixture to heavy cream mixture. Pour
into bowl and chill until firm, about 1 hour. Pour remaining 5/8 cup grape
juice mixture gently into bowl and return to refrigerator to chill.
