Grace Chapel Inn Crazy Mocha Cake
Mix cake by hand.
3/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
10 tablespoons cooking oil
2 tablespoons white or cider vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups brewed coffee, chilled, regular, decaf or espresso
Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl. Make three wells in the dry ingredients. Pour cooking oil in one well. Pour vinegar in the second well and vanilla in the third. Pour coffee over top. Mix well by hand.
Pour into greased nine-by-thirteen-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees thirty-five to forty minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched in center.
