Giant Bugs from Pre-Historic Times

I'm sure there have been a wide variety of creatures that have went extinct that we may find later in life. I would think these wouldn't exist any longer due to being lower on the food chain. While big, they could still be stepped on by dinosaurs. If no defenses, they would be powerless.
 
They became extinct because they knew that humans like me would pass out and die if we saw them in person. Those would be pretty scary if they were still alive today and many children would have nightmares. It would be a terrible experience to have "Car sized millipede damages" added as a coverage option on my insurance policies. I can see it now, "BREAKING NEWS... Car sized millipede caused a 20 car pileup on Interstate 75."
All jokes aside, this is crazy haha.
 
As big as a damn car! That would not be fun to live with that roaming in your kitchen. It's amazing tho to see how things evolved :D
 
I am grateful not to have seen such kind of creatures exist. It may have existed in the ancient times, who knows, it might come in the future, but not while I am alive, lol.
