Garlic-Artichoke Dip

Serve with toasted pita triangles...yum!
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
14-oz. can artichoke hearts, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
14-oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
Combine ingredients together; mix well. Spread in an ungreased 9" pie pan; bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes about 4-1/2 cups.
