Funk's Grove Peach Cobbler With Maple Syrup
1 stick butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 (29 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 9x13 inch baking dish, melt butter. Stir flour, baking powder, syrup, sugar and milk into butter. Place peaches on top of batter. Bake for 45 minutes, until edges are browned.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
