Frozen Watermelon Slices

Enjoy them at the picnic table on a sunny day
1 honeydew melon
1 gal. raspberry sherbet
chocolate chips
Refrigerate melon for at least 2 hours so that it is well chilled; slice in half. Scoop out seeds; pack each center with raspberry sherbet. Slice each half into 4 wedges; press chocolate chips into the sherbet along the bottom edges to look like seeds. Serve immediately. Makes 8 servings.
