Favourite Asian Snacks?

I regularly, almost daily snack on some rare and exotic to Westerners snacks myself, which are Asian. My most favourite ones are : beef jerky, stinky tofu, Japanese crepes and yakitori (chicken skewers), millet crips. Go to an Asian supermarket to see if there are any. What about you?
