FABULOUS POTATOES
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. butter or 1 stick melted butter
1 tsp. salt and pepper
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated onions
2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled or bacon bits
Mix all ingredients in greased casserole.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes to an hour. (Usually little longer than an hour.) Add bacon bits last 15 minutes.
