Easy Potato Soup
4 to 5 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can water
1 soup can Milk
1 (7.6 ounce) package instant mashed potato flakes
Place potatoes, soups and water into 4 quart slow cooker. Cover; cook on high for 2 to 3 hours, or until potatoes are tender. Add milk and enough instant mashed potatoes to reach desired consistency, stirring constantly. Cover; cook for 2 to 3 hours longer. Spoon into bowls to serve.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
