EASY PASTA TWIST Casserole
1 (12 oz.) pkg. twist pasta, cooked & drained
3 c. spaghetti sauce
1 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, diced
Grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine cooked
pasta with sauce. Layer half the pasta mixture in an 11"x17" baking dish.
Evenly
spoon ricotta cheese over pasta. Top with Mozzarella cheese and spoon
remaining pasta mixture over cheeses. Bake, covered 25 to 30 minutes or
until heated
through. Serve with Parmesan cheese. Serves 6.
