Easy But Good Truffles
2 cups milk chocolate chips
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup half and half
1 tablespoon liqueur
1/4 cup miniature marshmallows
Cocoa powder
Combine the chocolate chips, butter and half and half in a
microwave-safe bowl and microwave on 50-percent power for 1 minute.
Remove, stir and continue to cook on 50-percent power in 30-second
increments until the chocolate is smooth and well blended. Stir in the
liqueur and marshmallows.
Place the mixture in the refrigerator and chill for about 15 minutes.
When the mixture is firm, drop the mixture by teaspoonfuls into the
cocoa. Shape into 1-inch balls.
