Easter Breakfast?

Easter is coming up and I'm trying to find new ideas for Easter breakfast.

A lot of people like to have a casserole and those can be made the day before and put in the fridge to set and then the next morning put into the oven to bake.

Sometimes we have french toast as a nice treat. I haven't made that in about half a year.

Growing up my mom would make cinnamon rolls.

Growing up my mom would make cinnamon rolls.

That was our go-to breakfast for Christmas morning for many years!! I even tried making my own that was a Cinnabon copycat and they were amazing! But super high in calories so I only made them once.
