Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips, optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl, combine all ingredients. Roll into large walnut-sized balls. Press down onto cookie sheet with back of fork to make criss-cross design. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes.
