Do you get enough sunshine?

How much sunshine do you think you get daily? In the winter it's far less than the spring and summer but have you considered how much or how little you actually get?

Yesterday and today have been very sunny days and I'm loving it. I don't like to get a tan but I do know that the Vitamin D from the sun is healthy for me and it actually brings happiness to me.

No but did for decades when I tolerated a lot of sun..so I make sure
my D levels are good with supplementation. I prefer warm over cold weather any time. Sun over bleak.
