DH CRUMB CAKE



Grease a 14 x 11 inch pan and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.



CAKE:



1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix

1 1/3 c. water

3 eggs



CRUMB:



3 sticks butter

3 c. flour

1 c. sugar

Pinch of salt

2 tsp. cinnamon

2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract



In a large bowl, beat cake mix, water and eggs until smooth. Pour batter into greased pan and bake 20 minutes or until center is firm. While cake is baking

prepare crumb mixture. Melt butter and remove from heat. Add remainder of ingredients and mix to form crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs over the cake and rebake

for 20 minutes or until brown. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when cool. Enjoy. From Arlette
