Dangerously Delicious Brownie Truffles
1 pan brownies made according to recipe
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Bake brownies and allow to cool.
Once cooled, scoop out brownies into a large bowl. If the edges are hard,
leave those out. Add cream cheese and stir until combined.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Roll the brownie mixture into
balls and place on the sheet. Place in freezer for about 30 minutes or until
firm.
Melt chocolate chips in a medium bowl in the microwave. Dip truffle balls
into melted chocolate. Place balls carefully on the parchment paper. You can
leave them as they are or top with sprinkles or crushed candy.
Place pan in freezer until the chocolate hardens. These are best kept in the
freezer. Remove about 5 minutes before serving.
