Crockpot Boston Baked Beans (8)

1 lb. dried navy beans
2 med. onions, chopped
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 lb. diced bacon
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. canned pineapple chunks, drained (opt)

Soak beans overnight. Drain and place beans in crockpot. Add remaining and 1 c. water. Stir to blend. Cook on low 10-12 hours. If desired, add a few garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp. ground ginger and worcestershire. If using pineapple, add during last hour of cooking.
