Crispy Potatoes (5-6)

5-6 med. potatoes, peeled, quartered
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes

Pat potatoes dry. Dip in melted butter and roll in corn flakes Place in a shallow greased baking dish. Sprinkle with any remaining crumbs. Bake at 350F 55 min. until tender. Drizzle with remaining butter during baking.
