Crepe Suzettes With Orange Syrup

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sugar

1 cup milk

1 egg, well beaten

1 teaspoon melted butter

Orange Syrup (see below)

Mix and sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; add milk, egg, and butter; mix well. Drop by small spoonfuls on hot griddle, greased well with oil. Brown both sides; roll while hot. Place in little deep dishes and serve with orange syrup poured over them.

Orange Syrup:

1 cup orange juice

1 cup powdered sugar

Mix well; beat about 3 minutes. Serve on cakes that are rolled.

Makes 8 servings.
