Creamy Ranch Pork Chops And Rice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 boneless pork chops
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk
2 packages ranch salad dressing mix
Paprika, optional
In skillet, heat oil. Add pork chops. Cook until browned on both sides. Add soup, milk and 1 package dressing mix. Bring to a boil. Cover. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, or until done. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Prepare rice as directed on package for 2 cups. Add remaining package of dressing mix to rice; mix well.
