Creamy Potatoes
Wonderful when made a day ahead of time...just keep refrigerated and then add another 10 minutes to the baking time.
10 potatoes, peeled, cubed and boiled
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container French onion dip
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons butter
Combine cooked potatoes, cream cheese, dip and garlic salt; mix well. Spoon into a greased 2-1/2 quart casserole dish; dot with butter. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
Makes 10 servings.
