Serve vanilla wafers, graham crackers or fresh fruit alongside this dish.
3-oz. pkg. orange gelatin mix
8-oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
12-oz. container cottage cheese
13-oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
11-oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
Combine first 3 ingredients together in a serving bowl; mix well. Fold in remaining ingredients; cover and refrigerate until serving. Serves 6 to 8.
