Cream Cheese Cupcakes

Cream Cheese Cupcakes

For The Filling:

8 ounces cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 large egg
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Soften the cream cheese in the microwave. Then combine
with the sugar, egg, and salt. Beat until creamy. Stir
in the chocolate chips using a wooden spoon.

For The Cupcakes:

1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup oil
1 cup water
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla

Combine the ingredients in order and blend well. Fill
the paper lined cups 2/3 full. Spoon a tablespoon of
cream cheese filling onto each cupcake.

Bake at 350 F for about 20 minutes.

Frost with your cream cheese or sour cream frosting
and sprinkle with chocolate chips or jimmies.
