1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup whipped cream

1/2 cup tomato ketchup

1 cup crab meat

2 scallions or chives, chopped



Beat one cup of mayonnaise into one cup of whipped cream, add half a cup of tomato ketchup. Add chopped scallions or chives. Mix with a large cup of crab

meat or imitation crab meat.



Chill on ice and serve in cocktail glasses.
