My "must bring" dish to every family gathering.

8-1/2 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix

2 15-oz. cans creamed corn

1 egg

1/3 c. butter, melted

3/4 c. sour cream

Combine ingredients together; pour into a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Makes 15 to 18 servings.
