Cornbread Corn Casserole
1 (8.5 ounce) box corn muffin mix
2 (15 ounce) cans creamed corn
1 egg
1/3 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup sour cream
Combine all ingredients; pour into a greased 9 by 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
Makes 15 to 18 servings.
