Corn Pudding Stuffing
1 (8 ounce) package corn bread mix
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
1 pound Shredded chicken
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 7 by 11 inch casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes, or until center is firm.
