Yields 2 cups mix



Ingredients



* 1 tbsp garlic powder

* 1 tbsp onion powder

* 2 tbsp oregano

* 1 tbsp sugar

* 1 tsp pepper

* 1/4 tsp thyme

* 1 tsp basil

* 1 tbsp parsley

* 1/4 tsp celery seed see NOTES

* 2 tbsp salt



TO MAKE UP AS DRESSING



* 2 tbsp mix

* 1/4 cup vinegar

* 2/3 cup oil

* 2 tbsp water



Instructions

Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.



Notes

For "zesty" variety: add a pinch (scant 1/8 tsp) of red pepper flakes. Add more if you like it really zippy.



For intensely garlic flavor: Add 1 tsp dehydrated minced garlic to the mix.The same amount of celery salt may be substituted for the seed, however, make sure to subtract 1/4 tsp of the salt called for in the recipe.
