Content that Triggers Anxiety & Depression

I have noticed that there are some of the things that triggers the anxiety and depression in the mind. It could be content something that is posted on the web. Like say most of the social media does have the triggers that causes people to worry a lot. And that leads to nothing but the trigger your symptoms. So that is one example.

Do you know any content or specific triggers that leads to anxiety and depression for you?

Video games trigger me I go from happy to sad to angry and then depressed. And it cycles over and over all day long until I go to bed.

I have since quit video games but I'm still depressed every day. But at least I am not on a emotional rollercoaster anymore.

Music. Certain songs get me in to the black hole every single time.

Sometimes I do it to myself when I feel like punishing myself.
