Company Chicken
8 slices Canadian bacon
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
green onions, chopped
Place bacon into greased 9 by 13 inch baking pan. Place chicken on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine soup and sour cream; spread over chicken. Bake an additional 30 minutes. Garnish with onions.
