Cold Cinnamon Tea
3-1/2 pints cold water
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
2 teaspoons loose tea leaves
Orange rind to taste
3-1/2 ounces orange juice
Fruit to taste (nectarine, orange, etc.)
Pour cold water into a pitcher. Add tea leaves, grated orange rind, cloves
and cinnamon. Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours. Then refrigerate
for 12 hours. At this stage, you can add your favorite sliced fruit. Strain
the contents of pitcher. Pour in orange juice and add sugar to taste. Keep
refrigerated.
