Coffee Mincemeat Relish (6)
3 oz. pkg. orange gelatin
1 Tbsp. instant coffee
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. prepared mincemeat
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Dissolve gelatin and coffee in boiling water. Add cold water. Chill. Fold in mincemeat and nuts. Use 3 cup mold or individuals. Chill.
