Cocoa Truffles
Serves: 24
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
Preparation:
Combine ingredients in a mixer bowl. Beat for 5-6 minutes on high, until
very light and airy. Chill until firm. Mold into 1-inch balls. Roll in
additional cocoa to coat. Chill to store. Serve slightly chilled or at room
temperature if cool.
