Make ’em mini…roll into 1/2-inch balls for a pop-in-your-mouth treat!



1/2 c. butter, softened

2/3 c. sugar

3 T. baking cocoa

1 T. strong brewed coffee

1/2 t. vanilla extract

1-3/4 c. quick-cooking oats, uncooked

1/3 c. powdered sugar



Blend together butter, sugar, cocoa, coffee and vanilla. Stir in oats; mix well. Roll into one-inch balls. Dip balls into powdered sugar; place on wax paper to set. Makes about 3 dozen.
