Cheesy Pork Chop Casserole
4 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
4 boneless pork chops
1 (10.5 ounce) can Cheddar cheese soup
1 (10.5 ounce) can French onion soup
2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line 9x13 inch baking pan with chopped potatoes. Top with pork chops. In bowl, combine soups. Pour over pork chops and potatoes. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
