CHEESE SAUCE



Melt 1/4 cup of butter, add 1/4 cup of flour, stir for a minute, then add 2

cups of milk whisking till it thickens.

Grate 2 cups of your cheese, or more if you like lots, add this to your

sauce and keep stirring till cheese melts.
