Cheese And Smoked Sausage Salad
7 ounces smoked sausage
7 ounces cheese
1 small onion
1 cucumber
Mayonnaise to taste
Salt to taste
Finely dice sausage and place in the bottom of a salad bowl. Coat with
mayonnaise. Top with a layer of finely diced cucumber, season to taste with
salt. Place a layer of coarsely grated cheese over cucumber, coat with
mayonnaise. The top layer will be finely chopped onion. Season it to taste
with salt and coat with mayonnaise.
