Caramel Apple Dip
Fill up a bowl with sliced green, red and yellow apples and dip away!
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine all ingredients; beat with mixer until smooth. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
Makes about 2 cups.
