Calico Bean Casserole

Calico Bean Casserole


1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon

1 pound cooked ground beef

1 can pork and beans

1 can kidney beans

1 can butter beans

1 can lima beans

1 can diced tomatoes

1 can carrots, drained

1/2 cup ketchup

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup chopped onion

3 tbsp white wine vinegar, optional

1 tsp mustard powder (I use just plain yellow mustard)

1/2 cup celery


In four-quart baking dish, mix together all ingredients.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
