When our girls were younger, we lived in a small farmhouse with only one
wall heater and the wind blew through the cracks. We were always looking
for tasty, warm drinks yet we didn't have a lot of money. One night we
put our heads together, rummaged through the cabinets and came up with
this recipe...it became a family favorite!

1 env. instant hot chocolate mix
1 T. powdered non-dairy creamer
1/2 to 1 t. instant coffee granules
1 t. vanilla extract


Stir hot chocolate mix, creamer and coffee granules together in a mug.
Add hot water as hot chocolate package instructs; stir well. Add vanilla
and stir again. Top with a dollop of marshmallow creme. Makes one serving.
