Cabbage Souffle Salad (6-8)
3 ounce package lemon gelatin
I 1/2 cups hot water
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons c:idcr vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup cabbage, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 cup radishes, chopped
3 tablespoons green pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon onion. chopped
Dissolve gelatin in water; add the next four ingredients; blend
well. Refrigerate until partially jelled. Add remaining ingredients;
blend well. Pour into ring or individual molds and chill until firm .
