Cabbage Salad With Smoked Fish

Cabbage Salad With Smoked Fish
11 ounces cabbage
3-1/2 ounces smoked fish fillet
10-15 cherry tomatoes
Green onions to taste
2 tablespoons canned green peas
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon oil
Thinly shred cabbage, add salt and sugar and squeeze lightly. Cut fish into
thin strips and combine with cabbage. Add sliced cherry tomatoes, finely
chopped green onions and green peas. Mix well and add oil. Refrigerate the
salad for at least an hour.
