Butterscotch Haystacks

Sandwich ice cream between these for a crunchy treat.
2 6-oz. pkgs. butterscotch chips
1 c. cocktail peanuts
3-oz. can chow mein noodles
Melt butterscotch chips in a double boiler; stir in peanuts and noodles. Remove from heat; drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Set aside to cool until firm. Makes 18.
