Butternut Apple Cake
2 sticks margarine, melted
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. sherry extract
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
3 c. diced apples
2 c. chopped nuts
Blend first 4. Add next 5 and mix well. Add last 2. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 325F 90 min.
